Hey there! So I've been a little freaked out for the past week and I kind of need some clarification on a certain issue. I understand that it is very rare for young bearded dragons to brumate before the age of 1 year. And I know that on rare occasions you will find a dragon from 8 months and older that will brumate. But what about Bearded Dragons that are younger than that? Would a 4 month old bearded dragon at least slow down with winter approaching? Not necessarily brumate, but would they stop eating for a while and seem lethargic?
It is extremely unlikely that a dragon that young would ever brumate or anything close to it. At that age, if they're going off food and acting lethargic, I would get a fecal sample done as most young dragons will have parasites.

That's what I figured. I'm taking my bearded dragon to the vet tomorrow for a check up and also to give them a fecal sample to test. Thanks for the reply!
