If you are using the Reptisun 10 T5 tube, if you place it inside of the tank just be sure it's 10 or so inches from her, alongside of her basking light. A lot of them lose their appetites when they are having trouble shedding, but, especially with her nostril having problems with shedding. She probably can't breathe well which affects her too.
