I can't donate at this time, but I'd be willing to donate some next paycheck for vet bills and such. This little guy looks like he's got a ways to go once he is in proper hands and I'm sure any bit would help. I know how expensive animals can get.

Maybe when you contact the authorities, tell them you are scheduling a meet with this a$$hole and ask them if they could accompany you in an unmarked car. Show them the picture n whatnot.

They said they would contact me if they had further questions. I didn't want to speak for anyone on here I know were still trying to get donations together. I put up on my facebook the link to the paypal and a summary of his story, if anyone else could do so as well and try and get their friends to post and repost we could spread the word better.
