Which veggies/fruits need to be peeled?

We're wanting to offer a variety of veggies to our beardies. Which ones MUST be peeled? I'm referring mainly to squash, zucchini, carrots, and cucumber.

Also, which fruits MUST be peeled? I've read apples and grapes should be peeled. Any others?

Thanks!

I read somewhere that they have difficulty digesting the skins on squash so I peel those...I would assume it would be the same for zucchini as well but can't say for sure.

I know strawberries need to be peeled. The seeds are toxic. That's the only one I know. I fed my lizard grapes with peel without a problem. I think it would be rather tedious to peel a grape, but if it's actually bad for them then I guess i'll get my mini peeler out. ;)

Charlie loves grapes, he seems to just eat them :?
But I've only had him since Sunday, and it is difficult to know what he has eaten with his previous owner, as I have no way of finding out. I do peel apples, only because I am a new beardie owner, and not sure if I should or not. But he hasn't actually eaten the apple, that I have given him.

Strawberry seeds are toxic????
I have not heard that and it does not say anything about them being toxic on the beautiful dragons nutrition page? They are listed there as ok to feed occasionally, nothing about seeds being an issue. Has anyone else heard of this? My guy loves them and I have never peeled them, so I want to be sure.
Thanks

I never peel strawberries and have never heard of the seeds being toxic.. like you said, the nutrition site says nothing about peeling.

I treat my beardie like a toddler. For berries- wash then I just cut into bite size pieces. For thick skinned fruit/veggies (winter squash, apples)- scrub then I peel then shred for raw or peel/cut into bite sized pieces and lightly steam to soften. For carrots I just scrub with my veggie scrubber then either shred for raw or steam cut up bite sized pieces.

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
