Where to feed bugs

I just wanted to know if anyone has tips on feeding bugs. I have food dishes I can put the dubia roaches in bug they get out and hide places so I have to sit there and watch. Is there something I can do when I feed him or a bowl that they can’t escape?

Only put a few in at a time so your dragon can eat them before they run off.
Or put your dragon is a separate container for feeding so the bugs can't run off.

So I purchased the bowls that dubiaroaches.com sell. They come with a lid but the inside is still open for when the beardie still wanna eat. With the lid on it they couldn’t get out. It blocked them. I also had purchased a 10 gallon tank i use for feeding.
