No softwood like cedar or pine, they are toxic to beardies. If you want something that she can climb on, ZooMed makes some cork tiles that work well and can be installed pretty easily. A lot of people use aquarium silicone to permanently attach them, but I actually used Command picture hanging strips so they can be removed for cleaning.
