Artificial cacti look good in a beardie setup.
In you picture I only see the double dome lighr fixture. Is that where your uvb bulb is located? Of so you need to invest on a long tube type (the ones that look like the overhead florescent lights in most buildings) The bulbs that go in the domes are completely inadequate for a beardie and can cause severe health issues.
The Arcadia pro t5 12% desert or tje ZooMed t5 10.0 high output are great options.

As your dragon tries climbing the back wall, I suggest building an actual climbable back wall.
What is used for this is usually a MDF plate to which boards made from MDF or styrofoam are screwed, then covered in construction foam and as a last layer completely covered with tile glue (that is something similar to concrete) and sand. The result looks like stone, feels like stone, but is much lighter than actual stone or concrete, can be shaped with built-in niches and caves, and it holds up very well against the claws of reptiles. It's a professional solution also used by zoos.

If you'd like to see more, check my postings in the "Enclosure" section. There I have also described how to make a climbable background.
To that, I added a large branch to give my dragon more options for climbing. He uses all of that very much.

Regarding the light setup: Can you order something online? Where are you located - US, Europe or somewhere else? This information can help us finding out for you how you can order the lamps.

Hiccup he is 6 and Blaze is 5
You can order online also, I think @KarrieRee has a good place to get them from.
you want the 12% 24 watt bulb
https://hydrobuilder.com/sunblaster...mp.html?opts=eyJhdHRyaWJ1dGU5MDEiOiI2NjEwIn0= you need the 2 ft or 24" and a Reptisun 10.0 bulb T 5 to replace the one in this fixture
this bulb for the Sunblaster and this fixture as it comes w/ a 5.0 bulb
If your out of US let me know I will post 2 websites to see if you can order from there

Some people use artificial plants.
I would not do so - my dragon would try to eat the leaves off from them, because (what is good!) he loves eating greens. I prefer very much life plants (prefer = I only use them, no artificial ones) that are safe for dragons. I see many benefits in them, for example, that there is no harm if swallowed, and they provide fresh greens for my dragon all day long and also when I'm gone for a day or two.
Maybe an option: Use something artificial without leaves, for a more desert-like decor, and add a life plant, such as golliwog (callisia repens)?

I can feel her staring into my soul demanding food
She was having a staring contest with a mealworm. I guess I never taught her to not play with her food, lol.
