What is the optimal humidity for a bearded dragon?

I'm getting mixed info from this site... some say that 40%-50% is the best, others say not to freak out if it's too low, and the pet store said optimal humidity is 30%.
We used to struggle a lot with the humidity in Herman's enclosure because he is situated right near a window (we don't have anywhere else to put him) and it's usually not an issue but when it rains his humidity is around 50% and I would put a dehumidifier on right near the tank...
Right now on the hot side the temp is sitting at around 89F and the humidity stays around 23% while the cool side right now is 78F and the humidity is 30% (it is always higher on that side) and I have a bowl of water sitting near his basking rock to try and raise it. But am I worrying for no reason? At night the humidity goes to about 30% on the hot side and 40% on the warmer side. However when it will rain at the end of this week the humidity will probably go up quite a bit and I want to know if I should get nervous and make the dehumidifier or not?
It's extremely frusturating to not have a clear answer. There is mixed messaging from different websites and even the pet store where we got Herman. I am just looking for a definitive answer.

Please get a digital probe hygrometer place on the center back wall of the tank-- exo Terra makes them-- optimal humidity in the tank is 40-50% nothing under 20 and over 70% - please get your surface basking temps up to 95-100- cool side during the day 80ish

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
