What’s going on with her stool?

Hey, so my yesterday and today, my beardie has been slightly less active than normal. I worry a lot, so I took notice immediately. She’s being picky with her greens as well (still chomping away on her bugs though), which is not abnormal for her when she’s stressed out, which I believe she is for some reason or another. She was treated for pinworms about a month ago, as I brought in a stool sample and they said it was high. She has not had any changes to her stool though. It is still not formed, and quite watery. It has been since I got her, about three or so months ago. Initially that’s why I took her in, was because I suspected parasites due to her stool. But, now that nothing has changed, I’ve realized maybe something was missed? The stool sample I brought in was about 3 days old, and had been stored at room temp. Because of this I’m worried that something didn’t show up on the fecal. I’m worried she may have Coccidia, and I cannot get her into the vet until Monday, and she just pooped, so I’m not sure when she’ll poop again, she usually goes every 2 or so days, but sometimes longer. I’ll attach tmi pictures so you all can see what I mean. Recently her stool almost always has this type of consistency.

A 3 day old sample won't be good , usually no more than 24 hrs. and refrigerated [ in a sanitary way so as not to get your family sick ] The poo doesn't look too bad, there is usually some white [ urate ] though. Can you post pics of your dragon and the enclosure ? What type of uvb and what the temps are ?

Yep! I just deep cleaned it today, so I’ll post pics of what it looks like now and what it used to look like. Uvb is a 10.0 HO reptisun linear bulb I believe? And temps vary, unfortunately I have a really hard time getting it to be consistent. But, it varies on warm side basking spot from about 97 at the very lowest (only when the second bulb blew out), and 109 ish at the very hottest. (When I first replaced the bulb.) I try to keep it at about 101-104, but like I said, it varies a few degrees almost daily. I can’t get her into the vet until Monday, if she does have coccidia, is she okay until then? She’s eating her bugs great (her fav), and she’s seeming to be acting pretty okay, just a little bit less energetic. First pic with her sleeping in her carrier is how it looks right now. Other pics kinda show how it used to look, another recent stool, and the second last photo was of her yesterday when she was blackbearding a little, another reason why I was concerned. She was stressed out for sure, but I’m not sure about what. Sorry I don’t have great pics of how it used to be! Also heat rock ALWAYS STAYS OFF. I just don’t have the heart to take it away from her because she loves to rest on it. I got it the first day I rescued her before I knew that they were dangerous.

Hey y’all, she’s still not moving around too much this morning. Was wondering your thoughts? I can take her to emergency vet today if need be, but I don’t have a stool sample yet.

Sorry I didn't get back sooner ! Everything looks good, a slight black beard can be from many things and doesn't mean illness. BTW are you sure Inana is a she ? Looks kind of like a male , although I'd have to see under the tail [ arched up high ] to tell for sure.

No need to get Inanna to a vet today, just make an appt when they can get you in . Also, what are the cool telps in the tank ? That should be around 80F.

Hey, no worries! thank you so much!! Yes, her temps on cool side are around 77-82. And yes! Her previous owners thought she was a male, and even the vet said it was hard to tell for sure. But then she laid a clutch of eggs, and as far as I’m aware males don’t do that😭 so I’m nearly certain she’s a girl! Also, just checked on her, and like I said I worry a LOT about her, and she’s trying to sleep under her basking light? She normally doesn’t do this, but she has seemed more tired the past few days, should I be worried about this? No black beard and eating some greens, and ate a blueberry today. But was just worried.

O.K, eggs = female beardie so that's out of the way. I don't have any other ideas , nothing stands out as being really worrisome but having a fecal test and possibly a blood test could show if something's going on.

Okay, great. Thank you!! I plan on getting both of those things done just be sure, she’s doing a bit better today so that’s good! She does this every now and then where shell act weird and make me freak out and then be completely back to normal a few days later. I’ve only had her a few months, so I’m still getting sued to what’s normal for her and what’s not, you know. I appreciate your help so much!!! Thank you again :)

I can feel her staring into my soul demanding food
She was having a staring contest with a mealworm. I guess I never taught her to not play with her food, lol.
