Hello,

That skin just appears to be scales that are getting ready to shed & are dry, etc. I don't see any
evidence of yellow fungus though!

The scales can definitely look a bit weird right before a beardie sheds. I would probably wait until the shedding is over to see what it looks like then.

I don’t see anything particularly concerning. @AHBD, do you agree?

I agree with the others, looks like shed and the beard is natural color other than the funny brown line of demarcation that almost looks like a food stain . You can keep an eye on the area under his arm/chest but it is most likely a patch of shed.

I posted some photos on my bearded dragon group I follow on Facebook and someone said that their bearded dragon started showing yellow spots like mine and it was Yellow fungus ☹️ I hope not because I live in a small town in Ohio and I don’t know anyone else who is familiar to Bearded dragons and other reptiles and I don’t have a license to drive and don’t know how to drive lol I’m only 19 CD305FE8-88FC-4DB0-95C7-9F7BC4CE73F7.jpeg

Hello,

It doesn't appear to be fungal, but to be proactive, you can get some anti-fungal cream such as monistat or lamisil to put
on those areas daily to see if that makes any difference at all. Let us know how he is doing.
Did the vet do a skin scraping then on his chin & send a culture to a lab for analysis?
