Hi! My Western Bearded Dragon, Hyperion, has an odd lump near her chest. It seems to have raised some of her scales. I noticed it earlier today and I'm unsure how long it has been there. I've had her for 3 years, but she's about 9-10 years old. I know you guys tend to focus on Central Bearded Dragons, but I was hoping someone could give me advice. Obviously, if it's something bad, I'll take her to the vet. I just want to double check first. I'm pretty much ready to take her to the vet for it already, considering it's a strange black lump.

I don't see anything at all that seems out of the ordinary. Scales have the slight pattern but nothing more. Whatever you feel I can't see at all. You might just feel some ribs or body part that you hadn't noticed before.

I'm not sure if this makes it any clearer, but there's definite discolouration. Though it doesn't feel as lumpy today. Perhaps I was mistaking her rib for a lump.
