Washing beardie with dawn?

I need to wash my beardie copeland because he is staring to smell for some unknown reason and I've been searching it up and some people say it is ok to use dawn dish soap but to dilute it by a lot. Before I do this I want to make sure it really is truly safe for him, I don't want to damage or hurt him.

I use Dr Bronner's baby-mild castile soap. It's gentile and works really well.

You should get some of this. It's safe, and smells great.
