Repti-carpet (I'm not a huge fan of the green but that's the only one I could find)
10% UVB + UVA strip bulb and Heat light above the bigger hide (he climbs up and basks, He likes being up high)
Repti-carpet ontop of both hides (Accidents happen!)
2 hides, one on warm side and one on cool side.
Log background for clawing/scratching
This photo was taken before I put his food/water dish and blankets in.
What do you guys think? Could I improve on anything??
Whew! Just read through the first 42 pages of this. All these amazing vids are making me a bit less proud of mine
I want to add an aquarium background or something- I don't want him to get bored or anything.
My dad and I made this together. It's made of wood(durhur Jaime) and the front is a sliding plexiglass door. It's getting pretty scratched up, but it functions well. The floor is slate tile from Home Depo. We found the bricks in front at Home Depot, bought the branch and large back rock thing from Repticon, and bought the log house and cave from petsmart I believe. The vines are from micheals. The coconut in the back is a real coconut shell, and it's in there as a memorial to my beardie Coconut who passed away.
Without further ado..
His humble home
Where he likes to sleep and get some UVB
His basking stick (aka pooping log. Thanks for nothing.. you useless reptile)
