Hello I have 2 bearded dragons, the both live in separate enclousures, both enclosures are identical.
temps are fine, checked with digital thermometer.
arcadia 10 UVB, spotlamps, bathed 3 times a week, fed gutloaded and calcium dusted crickets and kale, mixed greens.
tile substrate.
but one of them is growing at a rapid rate, very healthy.
the other is very small- it still seems healthy though.
they both eat about the same amount of crickets too which is why im perplexed.. one just seems to not be growing, they are both the same age, about 4/5 months old. they are both very active and seem happy. love walking around the house.
is it normal for one to be so small? im so worried, shes just SO tiny in comparison with her sister..
Is it possible for them to see each other? Or could something else be stressing the smaller one?
Dragons will grow at different rates, but it seems odd since their caging is identical and they are both eating well. Are they really clutch mates? Or do they have different parents?
nah they cant see eachother, vivs are on top of eachother.
thats why its so weird..
yeah, they are sisters, or brothers, or whatever, not sure of the genders yet. ill try and post some pictures!
are there any illnesses which could have caused this?
