My beardie Lucy will ONLY eat carrots! And her superworms of course I've also tried collard greens and escarole, peppers, green beans, squash (which she sort of liked). Does she like carrots so much because they're crunchy like her worms?? I have no idea. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. What are your beardies favorites?
It may be the color, texture, smell etc. defiantly try getting her eating some other things - carrots are not a good primary food item. Try offering butternut squash so it is like the carrots and she nigy go for it. Also worth trying is turnip, mustard green and curly kale. Sometimes mixing favorites in the salad will get the dragon to try more things.
Pepper likes mustard greens, kale and apples best - but they are all offered in rotation with other choice veggies. Things like apple, carrot and such are added as "toppings".
I tried alfalfa sprouts and she seemed to like those, but on one website it says sprouts are ok, and on another it says the alfalfa plant is ok, but not the sprout..?

Sprouts in general aren't very nutritious, but they aren't unsafe to feed. You could mix them in maybe? Mature alfalfa is a pretty good food to offer but can be hard to get.
Right now, Smauggie is eating a bag of mixed greens from Walmart (collard, mustard, turnip and kale). She used to eat squash, but now she won't. Other foods that I've tried without success: apples, banana, kale (by itself), watermelon, mango, and papaya. We've had her since she was around 1 - 3 months old, and I started offering different veggies and fruits right away. I think it just comes down to your dragon's particular tastes.
I've been mixing kale, peppers, mango, and squash and she seems to like it! She'll try anything new, but it takes her a couple days to see if she really likes it
