Veggies

My bearded dragon is about 8 months old and he does not like veggies. I have to trick him by when he chomping on his crickets or mealworms I slide some collard greens or yellow squash into his mouth and eats it.But other wise I have only seen him eat veggies willingly one time, I was wondering what you guys feed you bearded dragons for veggies because I just don't know what to do to get him to eat his veggies on his own.

Try some bsfl- use them as salad lures drop on his salads first thing in the morning 20-25 or so right in front of him - that will get his attention - you can use superworms 1-3 silk worms or horn worms - all as lures to the bowl- if you need websites let me know I will post some - you want a salad bowl w/ a lip on it to keep the bsfl in order large - they are a staple feeder so see how he likes them

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
