Hi there. My beard has been a little more restless lately and I want to rule out the possibility that the UVB light is too close/bright. I have a Zoo Med 26062 Reptisun 10.0 T5-Ho Uvb 39W Fluorescent Lamp, 34" bulb in a reflective hood. Here are some photos with a ruler to show distance.

I can't read the ruler if it's 12-15 inches it's good but I myself would get it more directly over her- how old is the uvb bulb? Can you move the uvb over towards the hammock?
I can but it just might interfere with the heat lamp since I can't have them on top of each other. The bulb is less than 6 months old. It's 3 months old or something.

Ok so w/ that being said I myself would get another piece of decor and put it directly under the UVB in the middle of the tank - its going to give her the option of getting more direct UVB - I have set up two basking areas in my zen I have the UVB placed in the center of the tank w/ another 75 watt sitting directly behind it on the screen - tank is in the 90's there and to the back a 100 watt and a 75 watt - the winter the bulb is a 150 watt but since our weather has been on and off w/ the warmer temps the 75 is sometimes not used - my tanks heat more when the weather is goofy like that so I haft to watch the temps in the tank so the basking area doesnt get too hot -
