I get lots people tell me 36inch T5 Ho uvb fixture is too much for a 40 gl breeder tank
They said I need a 24inch with 22inch bulb. I want to make sure I have right UVB for my 3 dragons even my Russian tortoise

not sure about the tortoise, but for a 40 gallon, you want the 24". that will also work later when you move to a 4'x2'x2'

The 22'' T5 is almost always what you will want, works for 40g breeders and for 4x2x2's.

I wouldn't go with the 34" bulb unless your tank is 5'+

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
