Clean the wound with copious amounts of warm water (if you have antibacterial soap make the water soapy with it). You can apply a light layer of honey or petroleum jelly. Make sure you leave the wound uncovered as if you try to wrap it you can cause more trauma. Keep the wound moist (petroleum jelly will do the job). Make sure that the wound doesn't get infected and that she doesn't walk on it.
