UVB dome?

Is that a coil in the middle dome? or a MVB?

Middle is UVB coil. I took the MVB out last night. I’m looking for a hood type uvb bulb. I see when I turn the bask light off the uvb casts thru the tank, but most is likely under the spot light (center).

Please get rid of the coil -- they are a health hazard! Do you have a hood for a tube UVB bulb? You want a fixture/ hood w/ a reflector in it-- I can post 3 good UVB's if you need them

Yes - that’s why I was asking.
I got the Reptisun hood linear light, T5 HO 10.0 uvb bulb. It is on top of the screen right now, and toward the back of the terrarium. From what I understand it should be inside the screen….

No it can stay on top just get a piece of basking decor directly under it 8-10 inches
