I have a Reptisun terrarium hood t5 output along the back of terrarium and in front I have a dual lamp fixture with a 100w basking light and a Reptisun uvb light. Just wondering if that's too much uvb for my Bearded? He's 7 months about 13 in. His tank is a 40 gallon 36x18x18
 It's virtually impossible for a bearded dragon to get too much UVB!
That being said, it sounds like you have the Reptisun compact coil UVB inside your dual lamp fixture, which actually presents a different problem. Coil-type UVBs are very intense, and some bearded dragon keepers have reported that it bothers their bearded dragons' eyes and may cause vision damage.
Is not going to be harmful to leave the compact running , when it reaches it's UBD , replace it with a ceramic heat emitter as you'll be getting close to winter .
