Hey everyone... I know I've had lots of complaints for a while now regarding images uploaded via the User Image Upload Manager being rotated incorrectly when uploaded, with no ability to correct that.

Well, I haven't given people the ability to correct it... BUT... I did fix it so that new images uploaded should have proper orientation! This is largely a bug that affected mobile users where the image only had orientation information in certain parts of the metadata. But, given how many use mobile for browsing the web, including these forums, it was significant.

Anyway.. if you haven't already, please check out the User Image Upload Manager. This feature lets you upload images and use the XIMG button when posting to simply select from your uploads. More information can be found here.

I will eventually get to enabling a way to rotate ones that are incorrect, but as some may have noticed it can take me a while to get around to fixing small bugs as life has be a little more busy these days than it used to be.

Cheers!
