Does my bearded dragon have a URI?

I live in Japan, where reptiles are not popular.

There aren't many places where you can see reptiles.

I get the medicine from a veterinarian who specializes in reptiles.

How long does it take for a URI to heal?

The information was incorrect. He was burping and in February, the vet gave him medicine to suppress stomach acid. He is still burping. I thought he got sick because his cage was small and near water, so I moved him to Exoterra 9045PT2613. I also moved him away from water.

What is the tank size? Measure L X W X H please --I am coming up w / a 40 gallon tank - unless hes actually drinking from the bowl or your humidity is very low like under 20% remove the bowl - get our tank on par w/ the surface basking temps and the UVB this is going to help -- a vet exam needs to be done to see if the dragon has something lodged in the back of the throat -- please NO more pellets and start feeding fresh salads w/ a good staple insect -- dubia roaches crickets BSFL or silk worms are all good staple feeders -- have you fed the dragon super worms or meal worms ?

It took me a while to work out the centimetres and inches.
Same size as the 48 gallon image.
Ok, remove the water bowl.
dubia roaches crickets I fed them vegetables. I didn't feed them any other insects.

Live calci worms and phoenix worms are not available, but dried ones can be purchased. Instead, wax warm and silk worms are available.

Silk no wax they are very fatty and too many long term can cause liver issues- not a fan of dried- are you getting these in a pet store? It's best to order on line-

That's right... I buy insects from pet stores. They have calci worms!! Only one place online. I'll try buying some.

That's great you can get some calci-worms, which essentially are the same thing as phoenix worms.
Silkworms are very good so you can get some for him. Just be sure that they are small to medium
size & not too large so he doesn't choke on too large of one.
How are the temperatures doing now? Gastritis is essentially caused from poor digestion. Perhaps
he isn't quite warm enough to digest properly.
To clean his mouth/gum area, you can get some betadine & dilute it to appear like weak tea & dip a
swab into the solution to clean his mouth. You can also use some raw unpasteurized honey to put on
his gums too in case there is a little bit of infection going on in his mouth or gums.

I've only measured it once since it was put in a larger cage, but maybe86°F～95°F

So there is such a way to clean your mouth! Thank you! I was using water to remove the stains, so this is very helpful.

口や歯茎の部分を清潔にするには、ベタジンを薄めたお茶のように薄めて、
綿棒で溶液に浸して口をきれいにします。生の未殺菌の蜂蜜を使って口をきれいにすることもできます。
口や歯茎に少しでも感染が起こっている場合に備えて、歯茎も掃除してください。

The vet and I agreed that insects should be given once a week. I gave him insects and pellets. On other days he gets vegetables. Will he still get bigger? I'm starting to get worried. The other two bearded dragons are fine and not sick.
