underweight?

so i was watching a vid that claimed if you can see a beardies hipbones they are underweight, i recently chnged my feeding schedule to 3-4 roaches a day with veggies. im kinda concerned, is syrax underweight?! i thought he was good weight. also he is hydrated for anyone wondering, i gave him tons of water today before i go on vaca for 1-2 days. someone is watching him
