Twitching

Hi All, I have recently noticed my beardie twitching near his lower jaw?
Hard to explain, but is the oval by his jaw, I circled in the picture below as blue. I do not know what it's called.
This has appeared a few times this month while feeding him, not every time though. Should I be concerned? (I am a little)
Do you know what is causing this, and how it can be treated if needed?

Hi Robert...it's probably just an involuntary twitch like we get in our eye or arm or jaw at times. If you notice it getting more frequent or more severe you might have it checked out but I doubt it's anything to worry about.

Do you have the proper lights and does your dragon receive calcium and [ less often] vitamins ? He looks very healthy .
