My 10 month old beardie was diagnosed with coccidia. She has had super runny diarrhea but never showed any other symptoms. She has an amazing appetite. Like she will eat any and everything. I have albon. So i am wondering if I should go ahead and give her that? Or a third round of toltrazuril?

Yeah she has never stopped eating. The only reason i knew she probably had parasites was because she has diarrhea and super super bad smelling stools. I feed bugs once a day and a salad everyday. And i always mist the salads a little with water because she doesnt drink water from the bowl. But thats pretty much the only fluids she gets.

What are you feeding? Lots of squash ? Green peppers? Cucumber? Any iceberg lettuce? Basking temps? And how are you taking them? Probe thermometer- ? You want surface basking temps--

No lettuce. No cucumbers. Some greens she has had recently are turnip, collard, mustard greens and dandelion greens. And as far as vegetables i only put a small amount. She hasnt had any green peppers for about 2 weeks and she has had just a few tiny squares of yellow squash. I also add cilantro sometimes. Basking temps are about 110f on average. And i measure surface temp with a IR temp gun.

The parasites will cause runny stools so that could be what's going on- after the meds are done you will haft to see if the stool formation forms again

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
