I have a 3 y.o rescued bearded dragon, recently seen by a vet, she’s been having trouble pooping so they suggested daily baths, which I’ve been giving her. The last time she pooped was about 2 weeks ago (day after we went to the vets) and it looked decently fine, but she just now pooped and I’m extremely worried? She has a T8 UV light with no coverings 7 inches above her, a 105 degree basking spot, 80.5 degrees on the cool side, and aside from the poop she’s been doing so much better
It is not uncommon for them to not poop for long periods of time -- so dont panic--- what goes in does come out--- as long as she has good basking temps 95-110 taken w/ a digital probe thermometer and good UVB of which she does w/ no plastic cover over the bulb its exposed and its not more than 6 months old your good --- and no loose substrate for impaction --- there will be alot if its been awhile which is good

It looks like a lot of excess hydration passing through which isn't necessarily a bad sign. I'm glad to hear she is doing better. It may just take her time to settle into a routine and good diet so keep offering healthy foods and plenty of water. If she doesn't like baths, you can drip water on her nose to lick up. If she refuses, that's OK. It looks like she is getting enough in her system and fresh food should provide enough. Just make it available in case she wants it.
