Tip of Tail fell off

I posted a couple days ago asking if my beardie had tail rot. Regardless of the answer, me being paranoid, made an appointment for him anyway and it’s not until next week Monday morning. I came home today and found that the tip of his tail had fallen off. It’s a fresh wound so I’m not sure if I should put Neosporin or Aquaphor on it to make sure it heals right. Any opinions?? Here’s some pictures for reference!

Raw unpasteurized honey like Manuka as a example -- that will prevent infection dab it on there --- NO crickets in the tank please they will go straight for the tail --- do it till it scabs over

So freaking handsome I just love youuuuu so much 💕
There is something wrong with my beardies left eye!! I included a picture where it shows what her right eye looks like then the others are what her left eye is. She always has it closed (as much as she can) and she finally opened it for a bit when i misted her. I don’t know what i could be doing wrong and it’s not from sand because she doesn’t have it in her cage.
