I'm having no luck with supers :( ...
Still don't have any babies crawling around and the supers I separated died massively..
My mealies however are a great success :headbang:

When seperating supers make sure they are fully grown, fat and ate and drank right before you put them into seperation.
As far as the baby worms go...i had no luck with them in the past 4 months aswell....

Yeah I checked that before I separated them..But I'm having trouble spotting the fattest and biggest in the bunch...I separated 30 or so in an empty container just so that I could compare them with one another so that I would take out the fattest of them all..But when I put them in separate containers some that looked big then stopped crawling and "shrunk" :? ..So I'm still having trouble choosing the right ones :banghead: ..How do you do it??

But I have babies!! Noticed them today...I seem to get results after I post that I'm having none..
But yeah I saw a few wandering on the substrate and there were like 40 or so on the pieces of carrots I put in today :blob5: ..

As far as choosing the biggest and fattest....i generaly just wait until 2 or 3 are in the same spot and choose the biggest of them. :D

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
