I have no idea if this site even allows this, but I was wondering if there was any one, really experienced with BD's, person who would message me and we trade numbers so that I have someone to talk to about my first beardie??
I really appreciate this site and all that's its doing for me, but sometimes when I really need help, I don't get a quick enough answer. No beef towards anyone or anything. Just looking for one person to be my quick answer book so to speak lol.
We can trade Beardie pics and share stories and advice and what not, not looking for anything creepy, just a helpful friend :3
Well if you find someone on these forums that is active you could PM back and forth and you will see better contact doing it that way. I'm not sure if many people would be willing to give out there phone numbers for obvious reasons.
From my experience, most of the questions that could possibly be asked about owning a beardie, have been already asked and answered on this forum. Just use the search button. I'd think that no matter how helpful people are, nobody has time for answering texts with beginner beardie questions. If I am wrong, please correct me, I'd be very surprised (in a positive way) if somebody actually agrees to do this
Unfortunately, it would difficult to answer texts at work. However, I regularly check my e-mail, so if you would like to PM me, you are more than welcome to! There a number of others here who PM me regularly, and I always try to respond within an hour or so if possible. I promise, nothing is going to happen to Roo in a matter of minutes, unless your beardie is literally having a seizure, choking, drowning, or you wait till something is really really wrong (at which point you should call a vet, not a forum member).
And I was only asking because there have been a few times, where I have been at a store and can't figure out what thing(s) to get or situations like that, instead of search for hours for an answer, or getting no reply at all after a posting, I just thought it might be quicker to text (or email, thanks to daner) someone for help.
