i have bought 2 baby beardies and they are both pretty small at the moment they get along just fine in the same tank. I know they can be territorial when they grow up but since they are in the same tank now is there a chance that they will life long friends in a way... or once they get older will they start fighting each other...
as has been said many many times....do NOT keep two dragons in the same tank. Whether, it is on 1 day, 1 week, or 3 years, eventually only bad will come from it.
I cannot think of any PRO for the dragon by housing them together. Only a supposed PRO for the owners, and that pro comes by putting your dragons at risk. It's not worth it.
At one point I had two babies together, they were even from the same clutch. They lived together fine for a month, until one doubled in size and the other did not (probably because one was getting all the food) and from that point on the other one was stressed and scared all the time. Of all the mistakes i've made with my beardies that one is the one i feel worst about. One of my beardies was scared in her own "home", it was a mean thing for me to have done.
is it possible to have 2 bearded dragons in a large tank with living areas on both sides of the tank so they have their own basking area their own water bowls and if i feed them seperatly would there still be territorial problems? or are these little guys like a dictator of the tank?
