Hi. The temperatures in Cleo’s tank have been getting too high due to the hot weather, with it being around 47 degrees C at her basking spot, which I know is way too hot. It’s usually at 40-43. I’ve been keeping her tank open slightly, but it doesn’t really help much. Should I turn the heat lamp off? She’s been hiding in her hide a lot, and I’m worried she’s going to overheat.
Thanks.
Thanks. I know it’s way too hot for her, I’m going to knock the heat lamp off which should make the hot side around 25 degrees, but I know that’s better for her than too hot.
