Idk if I'm going insane. I walking into my room where my beardies tank is and I saw what looked like his tail squirming/wagging? It was out of the corner of my eye so idk if it was just a hallucination or he actually was wagging his tail.... Plz help

Thanks- but what does it mean?
I don't know, honestly.
Mine did it only when the tail was up (means "excited"). Maybe it means being even more excited, or just wanting to reposition the tail as it's more comfortable otherwise, like when we make a sudden movement to get something away that itches or presses against the skin.

Or maybe tail shed?

Could be, would fall for me into the category of making it more comfortable.
However, when my dragon did it I didn't see the tail shedding.

Sinatra and Snickers both did it. Also when in an elevated state of excitement. Both were super focused when they did it also.
Some times Snickers would do it also if I was annoying her, something like tickling behind her back leg to get her to move. (All my dragons will also kick you for tickling there lol)

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
