Tail rot?

I think it might be tail rot.
If so, you need to bring your beardie to the vet.

I agree and probably the best thing is for a vet to amputate it just a little further up from where the visual trauma ends. That way they can make sure it won't slowly spread upward. Beardies do very well with tail amp., especially way down on the end there, they don't seem to feel much pain in their tails.

Awesome thanks! Actually got a vet appt for later today I realize it’s a common thing, just unsure how she got it because she wasn’t bit and I clean her tank all the time..

So that part of her tail actually fell off on the way over.. the vet looked at it and didn’t see reason to amputate right now since the rot itself is gone… the bottom of her tail is still dark but that’s how it looks before shed so I’m not sure.. he gave me a cream and told me to keep an eye on it…

It may have started off as dehydration. The tail and the toes are usually the first things to go. Good luck!

Please put some raw unpasteurized honey on the end till it scabs over- no crickets in the tank please-- the honey will stop any infection

I don’t use crickets.. oh wow good to know!

I doubt that dehydration was the cause, these things are usually from getting the tail caught under something, pinched hard or bitten. Their tails are fragile when they are that small. Please update on how it does over the next few months !
