Tail rot?

We got my daughter this beardie on Thursday. Today his tail is turning grey and his sides look like they have dark patches. Is this normal, she’d or tail rot?

We got my daughter this beardie on Thursday. Today his tail is turning grey and his sides look like they have dark patches. Is this normal, she’d or tail rot?

The dark sides could be shed but to me it looks like coloring- the grey on the tail is shed- the end can you post a better pic of the end please-- I want to see if there's any nips or kinks in it - I think it looks ok but I want to make sure- please did you buy a "kit" from the store?
