Tail rot question?

Walter is 4 months old. Has this little dark spot on the end of his tail. No trauma to it as far as i know. Temp and humidity are good. Does it look like tail rot?

Tail ends can just have a dark tip because of leftover shed but just keep an eye on it. It may be completely harmless but anything that gets worse would need some intervention whether a simple fix or a vet visit if it progressed too much.

Thanks for the reply. I have seen people talk about neosporin or a bath with a bit of light scrubbing. Thoughts? His last shed the tip held on for a long time so that could b the case.
