Tail rot or cricket bite ?

I bought a baby beardie 3 weeks ago he’s now 5-6 weeks and the top of his tail about half a cm fell off about 2 weeks ago he’s been fine since the vets said over phone this will probably be due to injury in the pet shop and then 4 days ago he appears to have a yellow line/crust under his tail and it’s starting to go thin I need help ASAP any help would be much appreciated I’ve added some pics!

In that first pic I can't see anything of concern. Just keep an eye on it, if your'e worried put a little dab of Neosporin on.
