Drache613 BD.org Sicko Staff member Moderator Oct 12, 2021 #2 Hello, That looks like a normal darkening of the area, prior to a shed. How long has it looked like this? Tail rot usually only starts with an initial injury of some type or a bad shed, etc. Tracie
