Squirrel's beens tarting to eat well again after her seizures, then wanting to brumate and then refusing to eat, but now I have a new problem that has risen. I've noticed over the past day or so that the tip of her tail is starting to wither up and die. I know it isn't shedding because she hasn't done much of that recently. So I was wanting your advice and opinion on it.
What do you think might have caused it? Is there any real reason to be concerned? What should I do about it?
Get a vet appt as soon as you possibly can. It looks like the tissue is necrotic and this can spread up his tail and through his blood stream if not treated quickly.

I do agree that a vet visit asap would be the best thing to do as the necrotic area can spread and the infection could get into the bloodstream.
I'm going to look for a thread that was posted by another moderator not too long ago. Denise had Ming's tail become necrotic and she came close to losing him. I'm going to look for that thread now. It can become minor to VERY serious very quickly.

I thought it would be easier to have your pictures posted here, so I did that for you.
