Please post a pic. How does the gray portion of the tail feel? Is it flexible and responsive to touch or does it feel hard? Has the beardie suffered an injury to the tail? There is a condition called necrosis in which an injury can invade healthy tissue and cause tissue destruction. I once had to take a beardie named pancake to the vet for an amputation into healthy tissue to stop the spread. I am not saying this is what it is, but additional information and a picture is important. :|

It kind of looks like the tail's just going to shed from the picture... However, the weak back legs and that lump at the top of the tail say MBD to me... What kind of UVB light do you have on her? Are you supplementing with calcium? I think you need to get her to a vet. How old is she? At only 10" she's either very young or very malnourished, so I sincerly doubt she's gravid unless you've been keeping her with post-pubesent males. Or is it just her tail that's 10"?
