My bearded dragon lately has been eating peppers lately along with freeze dried crickets and grapes. Overall, for a week he was eating he was just eating peppers. His poop over the past few days has smelled like tacos. I’m assuming his poop smells like that from the peppers and now I’m switching gears in his diet and giving him seedless grapes and crickets.
Thank you so much I thought he might be sick but he’s been alert, shedding, eating, he’s hydrated, etc he hasn’t been acting off I’ll be sure to pick up some greens
He also needs live insects -- not dried or canned or frozen-- I recommend dubia roaches -- if you need websites for worms and insects let me know -- this would be a better diet for him

I’ve tried crickets and he seemed to like those and my vet recommended them to me saying they’re cleaner and don’t eat each other alive like crickets do I told my mom and she wasn’t fond of the idea and I have a big spare container so I would just keep them there but yes some websites would be helpful thank you
A 10 gallon aquarium will hold around 200 roaches - you can order roaches and silk worms from here www.reptilianarts.com they have good silk worms and super worms I have not ordered roaches from them my go to place is not shipping roaches at this time they are restocking and good place to get them --- I will give you the website you might want to keep it on hand -- they also have nice horn worms they ship them small and they do grow fast so order a small amount-- nice butter worms as well - the butter worms every one seems to be out at this time --- www.dubiaroaches.com if you order silk worms from reptilian arts and you order bulk make sure you get food for them - they will come small so they will grow out you will need to feed them and clean their containers out every day -- here is another site for silk worms www.coastilsilkworms.com they were out on the east coast but the west coast had them-- www.mulberryfarms.com they have a little of everything you can go look to see what they have --- they are on high on shipping -- www.joshsfrogs.com people on here order from there as well - I have not ordered anything from them -- the silk worms are a good staple feeder as well - so you can alternate between the dubias and silk ---
