Swollen red bump on foot.

Help, I noticed my beardies foot is starting to swell, he doesn’t seem in pain I can attach a photo. He has MBD. His cage doesn’t have any substrate and he has a 10.0 Arcadia UVB. He gets calcium and other vitamins regularly, he is eating and drinking fine as well as defecating frequently.

He recently had a vet appointment. Everything looked good until a few days later that’s when I started to noticing it becoming swollen. I don’t mind taking him back to the vet, but is this something I can remedy at home or is it more serious? Thank you

Do you have a hammock in the tank? Where is the UVB and its a 10.0 bulb? Please post a pic of the whole tank---

Yes, as Karrie requested, please post a picture of his tank setup & supplementation schedule
for us. How long has his foot had this swelling?
Since he has metabolic bone disease, that definitely complicates his health due to calcium
absorption problems. Are there any other areas on him that have swelling?
