superworms as staple

is it okay to use superworms as a staple insect food for my beardie. he’s about 1-1.5 and i just have never been a fan of crickets with keeping them. if so how often and how many should i be giving him?

Not really --- good staple feeders are dubia roaches -- crickets-- BSFL or silk worms- you can also use discoid roaches those are a Fla roach

Yes & no.
If you need to fatten him up, for example, a rescue then yes.
Other than that, they are filled with fat.

Gut-loading & dusting also go along way with growing your Dragon.
Don't feed Mealworms, they have a hard shell.
