Superworm squirting something in my eye!

Hey everyone I'm new here but we have owned a bearded dragon for almost 2 years and have fed him many times however I was standing next to my son today as he grabbed a superworm out of its container and somehow it squirted something into my eye.... eww gross I know lol it took every bit of me not to vomit! I ran to the sink as my son died of laughter and instantly washed my eye out... my question here is has anyone experienced this before and if so should I be worried about whatever got in my eye causing an infection? Is it harmful to my eye? Should I see a doctor lol... trying not to freak out here but I kinda am lol

Superworms, hornworms, silkworms......... I've been squirted by all of them, unless you have an allergy to the particular insect just rinse your eye out and you should be fine.
