Summer Light Schedule

Hey all!

Since the days are getting longer, should I be keeping LJ's lamps on for longer than 12 hours? I have heard some do this and others do not. I am not sure of the possible up/downsides.

Some people go to 14 hrs -- it is up to you- I prefer the 12 but it's your option

Mine are on 14, but my guys all fall asleep on the couch with us around 6:30 my lights are 6 am to 8 pm
