stuck shed?

Hello! new to the website, seems helpful. so, my bearded dragon has this black ring like shape on her neck area. thinking it is stuck shed, but posting it on here to see what others think. if there is any advice anyone can give us for her, please let me know! we are not sure what it can be, but only some thoughts which is the stuck shed. and, is there any way to fix what is going on?

Sorry I didn't get to this until just now ! Can you get a clearer picture , in the position of your first pic ? t's not stuck shed, it looks kind of like a burn. Can you post pic of the entire enclosure ? Looking for the lights and if you have a heat rock.

To treat it get a tube of silver sulfadiazene cream to apply on the area, or the silver-honey cream. If it's not a burn it may be some sort of fungal infection, but not yellow fungus.

hi! sorry for a bit of a late response. here are some photos. thank you for your help!! where could we get silver sulfadiazene cream/silver-honey cream? and what would be the best brand to buy from(if you know)? and by the way, this is a new cage and set up. she has had the marking before this cage transformation. and if its a fungal infection, how do i take care for it?

No, you were quick with your response actually ! So do you have pics of the old set up ? I'm just looking to see if there was a place that she could have gotten burned, at times they will jump up on light fixtures to hang there and can get a burn.

Silver or silver/honeycream should help with a burn or with a fungal problem. You can get it at most drug stres, even some Walmarts carry it. If you can't fin it [ which I think you will be able to ] just Google and you'll find it online. I don't know if any certain brand is better.

basically same set up. old was 40 gallon tank, lights and heating were outside of cage on top of it, light is 10% uvb and heat is 50watt. new tank is 4x2x2, same light and heater but mounted inside of cage. but like i had mentioned, she had this black ring on her before we had gotten this new cage for her. this is the best photo i have of her old cage, so i am sorry if it does not help a lot. and okay, thank you so much! when we have the time, do you think its a vet matter kind of thing.. where we should get her checked?

You can definitely have her checked, especially if it's getting bigger. Just be sure the vet is very experienced with reptiles and especially beardies.
