Sprouting

So now that I have sprouting lentils figured out are there other things that I can sprout for my URO's?

Millet, alfalfa (not too much), clover and any greens like mustard would be a good start.

I was wondering more about what other beans I could sprout for the URO's.

I tried black eyed peas.. but Gordo wouldn't them. Of course he isn't eating anything right now. I would assume any bean that's dried in the grocery store would work.. but they should be an occasional treat. They are heavier in protein than their staples and can stress their organs if eaten every day.
