Some advice please

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give some advice please. My beardie, Raven, is approx one year old in January. She is a rescue and this is the approximate I was given when we got her in July. At the moment she has a daily combination of greens and live food. Once she is a year old how much should I feed her daily? I just want to make sure I'm doing it all right. Thanks.

She should have salads everyday and insects 2-3 times per week- occasional treat worms like supers every other day meal worms horn worms- etc

You can't really base it on age, they grow at different rates and you should continue feeding protein until she stops growing. At yhat piont follow the above advice
