Small wound at the tip of the mouth

Our beardie has a small wound at the tip of his mouth on the inside and I'm not sure if he's recovering or not, it seems to get a little bit darker but has been like this for the past days. He has no loss of appetite or behaviour at all and does not seem stressed so I wanted to see if he'd recover on his own but it does not seem like that.
He is around 2,5 years old and has never been to a vet yet as it wasn't necessary and quite hard to find one around but I might have to give in to it, in the meantime I was wondering if anyone knows what it is. I'm not sure if it's mouth rot or just an injury from biting the plastic tweezers once.
He is also shedding a little bit haha.

I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

i feel so sad reading your about me 😢
Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
