Slight twitch on rear right leg

The last couple of days I've noticed my bearded dragon's right rear leg twitch occassionally - it is entirely only present in that leg in the thigh. If I could compare it to anything, it's like when you sometimes see the muscle on the inside of your finger randomly spasm. It's not continously shaking and seems to only appear occasionally when I either massage the leg or she's relaxing it. I've heard this could be a calcium deficiency, however I always make sure she gets her calcium supplments at least 4 times a week (insects caked in calcium dust lol.) Could this be related to a different vitamin dificieny also? I've always struggled to get her to consistently eat her veggies - recently I've tried to get her into prickly pear as I've heard it contains a good amount of calcium also (which she sometimes eats). She has no trouble walking, has a healthy appetite, is pretty active also. If possible, I would like to avoid a vet visit as I live in a rural area in the uk and the local vet only has one dude who can deal with reptiles and is somewhat expensive. Obviously I would if I had to but if anyone here knows any solutions I would be greatful.

Her care includes a t5 12 percent arcadia bulb, basking area of around 40 degrees C, humidity fluctuating from about 30% to 50% depending on the time of day. She poos at least once or twice a week and is probably around a year and 8 months (guestimating). Her diet right now is typically superworms as snacks (or when deliveries are late), calciworms amd silkworms, with the occasional fruit beetle grub once a month. On the veggies front, she gets prickly pear, blueberries as a treat and spring greens and pak choi when the supermarket has any.

Does your UVB have a reflector on it? And is it directly over the basking decor piece 12-15 inches?

Ok could be just a twitch - I would just keep an eye on him see if it gets more frequent if it does then maybe a vet visit could be in order---

I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
I miss you so much, Amaris 💔
What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.
